HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM? 

We're sorry to hear that you're not fully satisfied with your purchase. You may return your item within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in the condition in which it was received.

Please check the following steps to return your product.

  1. Repack the goods together with the completed RETURN FORM. Make sure to place the return form in the outer box, so not in the Stasdock box. 
  2. Ship your package, with tracking code, to the following address: Monta - Stasdock, Zoete Inval 4, 4815 HK Breda, Nederland. 
  3. For customers returning from the UK please use: Monta - Stasdock, DHL Supply Chain, Richardson Way Unit 8, CV2 2TA, Coventry, United Kingdom.
  4. Send an email to returns@stasdock.com with the completed return form.
  5. Refunds will be done after an inspection in our warehouse.

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES ON RETURNS?

Please note that we are not responsible for any return costs, so we recommend keeping the proof of postage since we are not liable for items getting lost or damaged.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND? 

Once we have received the item from you, we will need 2-3 business days for our warehouse to assess the item. Once this has been done we will put the refund in motion and you will receive a notification email.
