I love this product. It sets the wheels in place and it doesn’t scratch the frame as it doesn’t have any plastic or metal parts, it’s basically a velcro strap.
Phenomenal utility, form and organization of my critical cycling gear. Wheel strap should be included in the purchase. Highly recommend the hanger mount to store additional items below the wall mount…attaches seamlessly

Terrible customer service , I ordered 2 weeks ago and have received nothing even though I paid in full . The company emailed to say there was a problem with their tracking system and are awaiting stock to the uk . I emailed for a delivery date . No reply . Avoid at all cost terrible
